How wage portage works

The employee of the portage company DOTNETFUTUR is responsible himself for seeking, prospecting his missions and negotiating with the customer (the end customer or an intermediary company) the various elements relating to the intervention (salary, fees, objective, duration , conditions ..).

As soon as an agreement is reached between the consultant and the client, two contracts will be signed:

A contract between the consultant and the portage company DOTNETFUTUR

The contract between DOTNETFUTUR and the client.

The portage company will manage the administrative, legal and fiscal formalities related to the service provided by the consultant.

WHY WAGE PORTAGE?

In fact, the consultant offers its services to a client company to realize a specific mission. Once the negotiated mission is granted, it delegates to the portage company the management of all the administrative tasks generated by its activity. An employment contract formalizes this relationship between salaried contractor and the portage company chosen. The latter concludes a service contract with the client company and sends it a bill of fees equal to the agreed amount. It collects the fees and pays them back to the salaried contractor, after deduction of the social charges and a management fee.
